Contracts Manager (Flooring)

Overview

In this Contracts Manager role, you will oversee multiple flooring projects across the East Midlands, combining leadership on site with coordination of labour and subcontractors. You’ll manage day-to-day issues, keep clients informed, and drive project flow through a CRM system. The position offers ownership of sites, stability, and a clear path to growth within a growing, staff-focused contractor. You’ll work from the Leicester office and travel to 10–15 live sites, shaping delivery and quality across projects.
