Responsibilities
- advice on technology operating models and strategy to transform client organisations for the digital age
- design and implement operating models and roadmaps for leveraging digital and cloud technologies
- transform back-office technology operations towards product-based ways of working and DevOps
- support IT M&A lifecycle including solution design, transformation, cutover, and transition
- deliver end-to-end service capability and embed service management (e.g., ITIL) in large-scale transformations
Key requirements
- deep understanding of Technology Operating Models and core tech organisation components
- expertise in operating models, technology strategy, ITSM/ITIL, technology transformation design, product-based ways of working, or value stream mapping
- ability to build long-standing relationships with C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- strong problem-solving and analytical communication
