Pub General Manager — Lead Team, Drive Growth

Greene King is seeking a General Manager for a busy Ware pub. You’ll lead by example, grow pub sales, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and ensure brand standards and customer safety.

You’ll bring strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commercial mindset with P&L responsibility. A personal license may be required, and you’ll foster an inclusive, welcoming environment for guests and staff.
