Responsibilities
- Administer contracts per project objectives and policies
- Provide cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to completion within budget
- Monitor cost variances and contract cash flow; ensure timely and accurate applications
- Collaborate with client and contractor teams to deliver KPIs, programme performance, cost control, and value engineering
- Manage contract changes to maintain governance and best practice
- Drive improvements in forecast and budget accuracy
Key requirements
- Ideally degree qualified in a relevant subject
- Ideally hold or be working towards professional body membership or equivalent
- Contract Management (NEC3, Option C preferred)
