Responsibilities
- Advise on complex regeneration projects to a high technical standard
- Manage own caseload including acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development work
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering high-quality work
- Conduct legal research and stay updated with developments
- Support business development through client training and tender/bid contributions
- Collaborate across departments to deliver large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects
Key requirements
- 5+ years’ PQE in real estate, ideally with regeneration, development or major projects experience
- Strong technical skills and ability to give clear commercial advice
- Confidence managing a varied and complex caseload
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Collaborative approach and enthusiasm for cross-team work
- Interest in business development and contributing to practice growth
