Overview

As Commercial Manager – Home Claims, you will help execute Hastings Direct’s Home Claims commercial and trading strategy. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to hit ambitious targets and support the transformation of Home Claims into a market-leading function. You’ll tackle data-driven improvement opportunities and manage external supplier relationships to deliver strong commercial and customer outcomes. This role offers hybrid working and exposure to a fast-growing, tech-enabled insurer with a clear growth mission.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of the Home Claims commercial and trading strategy
• Lead data-driven performance improvement initiatives across matrix teams and external suppliers
• Manage contractual relationships with external partners to optimise commercial and customer outcomes
• Identify and prioritise trading and performance improvements
• Manage risk and business continuity planning for the business area
• Own the commercial performance of a key component of Home Claims
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to secure resources and implement changes

• Strong commercial aptitude paired with analytical capability to translate data into actionable insights
