On-Site Plant Operator – 4-on/4-off, Kilns & Blenders

Edwards & Pearce seeks an experienced Plant Operative for a permanent, on-site role in Hull, working in a longstanding manufacturing business. You will operate rotary kilns, screens and blending equipment, following SOPs and safe systems of work to maintain product quality.

Responsibilities include feeding materials, monitoring process conditions, recording data, and ensuring housekeeping and safety standards.
