Responsibilities

• Lead complex construction disputes from inception to resolution
• Build and maintain key client relationships
• Support business development and practice growth initiatives
• Supervise, coach and develop lawyers across the team
• Manage key client accounts and strategic matters
• Contribute to the wider direction and success of the practice

Key requirements

• Extensive experience handling complex and high-value construction disputes
• Strong technical expertise across adjudication, arbitration and litigation
• Proven track record in client relationship management and business development
• Experience supervising and developing lawyers and legal teams
• Excellent leadership, commercial awareness and matter management skills
• Collaborative and inclusive approach to team working
• Qualification as a solicitor in England & Wales or Scotland (or equivalent jurisdictional qualification)
