Onsite IT Engineer – Multi-Site Travel & Support

Shaw Daniels Solutions is seeking a motivated IT Support Technician to join the team at Worcester or Carmarthen. The role involves providing on-site technical support across multiple locations with 3–5 days on site per week and travel to other sites as needed.

Responsibilities include Windows 10/11 support, limited hardware support, server tasks, data archiving, and BAU duties. Full training provided; driving license and willingness to travel are required.
