Active Support Worker | Driver Required | Rewarding Role

Active Care Group is seeking a kind, caring and reliable Support Worker to assist a gentleman in Hayling Island with an ABI and epilepsy. You will support an active lifestyle, participate in rehabilitation activities, and provide compassionate daily care.

The role includes weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday 10:00am – 6:00pm) with full UK driving licence required. Training and ongoing clinical leadership support are provided to help develop your career in home care.
