Remote HR Onboarding Assistant – 12 Month FTC

Cygnet is seeking an experienced HR Onboarding Assistant to join our central functions team on a 12 month FTC. The role is full-time, with 40 hours per week, three days at home and two days in our Birmingham city centre office.

You will help manage pre-employment checks, ensure compliance with CQC criteria, and support recruitment/HR administration. The position offers an opportunity to develop within a supportive culture.
