Overview
In this role you will lead and deliver Oracle Payables-focused transformations within large Oracle programmes. You will work with clients to tailor Oracle solutions, manage workstreams, and build strong relationships while guiding a diverse, high-performing team. You will contribute to growing the Finance Transformation practice and drive impactful, cross-functional outcomes. This position offers hybrid work across Belfast, London or Manchester and opportunities for ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities
- Manage workstreams in large-scale Oracle projects (planning, execution, monitoring)
- Collaborate with clients to tailor Oracle solutions to their needs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Work within a team of specialists and contribute to practice growth
- Provide on-the-job coaching and pursue training opportunities
- Support inclusive, high-performing team culture and cross-functional collaboration
- Travel as required and participate in workshops and design sessions
- Facilitate client workshops and design sessions with Finance, business and technology stakeholders
Key requirements
- Practical experience in Oracle ERP / Finance Transformation programmes with strong P2P expertise
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications and end-to-end Payables processes
- Experience leading or managing Purchase to Pay functional design (Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, Payables, Expenses)
- Understanding of end-to-end P2P (requisition to GL) and IDR usage
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials/Procurement
- Knowledge of procurement, expense, payment models and their downstream impact
- Experience with integrations across procurement, inventory, banking and payments systems
- Delivery experience in Agile or Waterfall methodologies and end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycle
- Experience facilitating client workshops and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to travel; UK security clearance or eligibility
- Desirables: Oracle certifications; consulting experience
