Overview

In this role you will drive quality improvement for the G2E Domain Quality Management Office, collaborating with international partners to elevate quality across the ISANKE & ICS domain. You will implement process improvements, monitor KPIs, and leverage advanced technologies to enhance quality oversight. You’ll train teams, align tools across partners, and conduct audits to ensure compliance. This position combines cross‑functional impact with international travel and a focus on delivering high‑impact quality outcomes for a defence electronics program.

Responsibilities

  • Implement process improvements and manage data to monitor quality performances and KPIs
  • Integrate advanced technologies (AI, cybersecurity, cloud, IoT) to enhance quality monitoring
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Implement tools supporting Planning, Design & Development, Process Design & Development, Validation, and Production & Post-delivery Service
  • Provide training, resources, and guidance on tool principles and practices
  • Coordinate with international partners to ensure supply chain supports tools and meets quality standards
  • Conduct audits and assessments to verify compliance with tools and processes
  • Facilitate effective communication between G2E and Partner teams to align quality expectations and deliverables

Key requirements

  • A degree in a STEM or business related topic
  • Experience in a quality or business improvement role
  • Understanding of ISO 9001
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
