Operational Excellence Trainer: Elevate Capabilities & Controls

CNA Hardy is seeking an Operational Excellence Trainer to design and deliver high-quality training that strengthens operational capability across the UK and Europe. The role is based in our London office with a flexible hybrid working arrangement.

You will partner with HR and senior leaders to identify capability gaps and build practical training plans, develop clear training materials, and deliver engaging sessions for Underwriting, Operations, Claims, Finance, and contracted partners.
