Compliance and Operations Risk Test – Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of IAS (Inter-Affiliate Services) projects, aligning with business strategy using data analytics and digital tools
• Develop and manage integrated project plans with proper resource allocation and milestone tracking, and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Foster collaboration through conflict management and team-building to resolve issues and risks during execution
• Apply strategic thinking to assess scenarios, evaluate impact and risk, and inform decision-making affecting departmental outcomes
• Ensure projects comply with Risk, Control, and firm-wide guidelines to maintain a strong control environment

Key requirements

• Proven track record of managing or leading complex projects or programs from inception to execution (4+ years)
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving abilities in a project management context
• Experience using data analytics to plan, analyze, and derive insights for ongoing improvement
• Proficiency with software applications, digital platforms, and tools to solve problems and communicate with stakeholders
• Experience leading a diverse team with delegation, team-building, and inclusive leadership
