Bid Solutions Manager

Overview

In this role you will develop robust FM/TFM bid solutions for the private sector, collaborating with the bid and business development teams. Responsibilities

• Price FM/TFM bids for the private sector
• Conduct supply chain pricing and third-party procurement
• Model bid resources and solution components
• Collate data and perform bid analytics
• Liaise with SMEs and operational teams
• Source and research equipment and technology
• Internal benchmarking and industry research
• Support win themes through innovation and productivity

Key requirements

• Knowledge of FM services and FM industry
• Understanding of soft services pricing and procurement
• Experience with supply chain pricing and third-party procurement
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence multiple stakeholders
• Attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
• Analytical thinking and data-driven approach
