HVAC Engineer

Overview

In this role, you help maintain and service HVAC systems within a facilities management setting, supporting safe, compliant operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver timely maintenance, accurate documentation, and compliant test certifications. You will handle small quoted works from start to finish, contributing to safety and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities

• Undertake maintenance duties with timely reporting
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, including statutory inspections
• Carry out small quoted works from installation to completion with test certifications
• Ensure employees understand their Health & Safety obligations

Key requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Heating/Ventilation/Mechanical / HVAC or Equivalent Qualification
• ACS Commercial Gas Qualifications COCN, CIGA, CORT, ICPN, CDGA, TPCP1/1A
• Experience in Facilities Management / Building Services
• Good team player with excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of safety documentation
• First Aid
• CSCS Skills card or equivalent
• Air Handling Unit experience
