Mobile Security Team Lead & Training Coach

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a proactive Training & Development professional to support security officer training across in-store operations in Greater London.

You will deliver inductions, ongoing corporate training, and coach officers to meet contractual KPIs. Ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, be able to work independently or as part of a team, and hold a valid UK driving licence with an SIA guarding licence.
