SuperFlex Roadside Mechanic: Up to £57k + Benefits

The RAC is seeking a SuperFlex Roadside Mechanic to join our roadside service team. You’ll work in a dynamic, customer‑facing role with a base salary of £50,669 per year and the opportunity to earn up to £57,000 (plus London Weighting where applicable).

You’ll be issued a RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools and diagnostic kit from day one. Shifts run between 06:00 and 02:00, averaging around 40 hours per week with roster certainty.
