Overview

Join Arch as an International Tax Specialist to support global tax matters across the EMEA region. You will work with cross‑functional teams to guide tax implications of expansions, restructurings, and M&A, while overseeing transfer pricing and tax reporting. This role offers hands-on exposure to diverse international tax issues and collaboration with Finance, Legal, HR, and Treasury. You’ll help shape tax strategy in a fast‑paced, multi‑jurisdiction environment and provide senior stakeholder support. This is a chance to influence tax outcomes across multiple jurisdictions and contribute to broader business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Support international tax projects including expansions, restructurings, and M&A
  • Provide tax guidance for international contracts and strategic initiatives
  • Assess impact of emerging tax rules across jurisdictions
  • Manage responses to tax authority interventions
  • Assist with transfer pricing documentation and related matters
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, HR, Treasury, and business units on tax matters
  • Develop relationships with internal/external stakeholders including tax authorities
  • Advise senior stakeholders on tax matters
  • Support income tax provision analysis for US GAAP and local GAAP reporting
  • Oversee direct tax filings and payments in certain jurisdictions

Key requirements

  • Minimum three years tax experience in industry or public accounting
  • Licensed CPA/CA/CTA or equivalent
  • Ability to research and apply tax law to business transactions
  • Strong verbal and written communication; able to work independently and in a team
  • Good project management and prioritization skills
  • Familiarity with cross‑functional collaboration
  • Knowledge of direct tax with potential indirect/employee tax considerations
