In this Global role, you shape the consumables portfolio outside the US, from strategy to launches and sales enablement. You bridge R&D, Commercial Operations, and Global Sales to translate scientific ideas into customer-focused value. You ensure global alignment while adapting products to regulatory and market needs. Responsibilities
- Define and drive global portfolio strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle plans for sustainable growth
- Collaborate with Commercial Operations to optimize pricing, forecasting, and supply for chemical consumables
- Lead international product launches with regional teams to ensure launch excellence and performance tracking
- Enable Global Sales Teams and distributors with clear messaging, training, and technical expertise
- Act as an expert in high-value hospital tenders, supporting technical discussions and objections
- Gather market intelligence and translate into actionable product development insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality & Regulatory, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to bring products to market
Key requirements
- Experience in product management within healthcare chemistry, infection prevention, or medical consumables
- Exposure to CSSD/SPD environments and hospital workflows
- Ability to communicate with technical and commercial stakeholders from R&D to distributors
- Pragmatic, operational mindset with pricing, SKU management, and margin optimization
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related field; MBA or equivalent commercial experience is an advantage
