Manager – Senior Manager, Cyber Strategy Op Model and Roadmap – Financial Services

Overview

In this Cyber Risk role, you will help financial services clients secure their operations by shaping cyber risk capabilities and roadmaps. You will work within Deloitte’s Technology and Transformation practice, collaborating with a broad network of cyber professionals to deliver operating models and governance for security domains. This position offers high-impact engagements in complex, fast-paced environments with strong growth potential. You will partner with clients to translate strategy into pragmatic, value-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture client relationships and networks across and beyond engagements
• Conduct domain baseline exercises (gap and maturity assessments) to surface issues
• Design delivery roadmaps and governance for improvement programmes
• Define target state at security-domain level (e.g., SOC, IAM, DevSecOps)
• Support clients in implementing operating models covering people, process, and technology
• Deliver projects in complex, time-pressured contexts using standard project management approaches
• Clarify client problems and craft proposals to demonstrate how Deloitte can support them

Key requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience; cyber background; experience delivering cyber operating model projects
• Strong knowledge of operating models and roadmap approaches across various scenarios
• Extensive cyber and financial services experience with client relationships across FS
• Commercial capability to develop proposals, cost estimates, and compelling offers
• Ability to produce client-friendly materials and articulate complex ideas clearly
• Strong project management skills and ability to drive results under time pressure
• Proven ability to build and grow client relationships within and outside delivery
• Experience delivering cyber operating model initiatives across multiple clients or FS sub-sectors
