Overview
In this role you will lead delivery across a portfolio of enterprise systems in a business-critical setting. You will coordinate multiple internal squads and third-party vendors within an agile or hybrid environment, ensuring clear governance and stakeholder alignment. The position focuses on delivering value in finance, supply chain, HR, and related domains, with emphasis on managing complex relationships and changing circumstances. Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of enterprise systems and business applications
- Coordinate multiple internal squads and 3rd party vendors
- Manage governance, risk and delivery reporting
- Lead stakeholder engagement and maintain clear communication across teams
- Drive clarity and structure in changing situations within agile/hybrid environments
Key requirements
- Delivery management experience with enterprise systems or large business applications
- Proven track record in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to bring clarity and structure to changing situations
- Experience with governance, risk, and delivery reporting
- Experience in retail, wholesale, manufacturing or supply chain environments is beneficial
