Responsibilities

• Lead on-site delivery of a 97-unit RC frame residential scheme from start to finish
• manage and motivate full site teams to achieve milestones
• coordinate with Project Manager and stakeholders to ensure schedule, budget, and quality targets
• maintain safety, first aid readiness, and compliance on site
• monitor progress and report on risks, issues, and mitigations
• liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and design teams to resolve issues
• ensure adherence to construction standards and industry best practices

Key requirements

• proven No.1 Site Manager with a track record in new build residential schemes
• experience delivering RC frame apartments from inception to completion
• experience working for reputable housebuilder
• excellent all-round construction knowledge
• strong man-management and leadership abilities
• First Aid, SMSTS, and CSCS certifications
