Private Equity Lawyer 5+ PQE

Overview

In this role you will support a well-regarded private equity team in London, advising a diverse client base on corporate transactions. You’ll work closely with Partners and senior lawyers, gaining exposure to cross-border matters and high-quality deal work. The position sits within a globally connected platform that values collaboration and performance. You will help shape outcomes for private equity and growing businesses across multiple sectors, contributing to a dynamic, international practice.

Responsibilities

• Support a broad mix of corporate transactions for private equity, venture capital, and portfolio companies
• Collaborate with Partners and Senior Lawyers on cross-border matters
• Provide client exposure and contribute to deal execution
• Assist with due diligence, documentation, and closing activities
• Engage with clients across technology, fintech, media, financial services, real estate, retail and leisure sectors

Key requirements

• England & Wales qualified solicitor
• 5-6 years’ PQE in corporate law
• Experience at a reputable city, national or international firm
