Overview
In this role you will join a high-performing private equity team in a premier London law firm to advise on complex UK and cross-border deals. You will manage a broad range of transactions alongside Partners, developing strong client relationships and handling early responsibility. You’ll supervise junior lawyers, contribute to business development, and help grow an ambitious, collaborative practice. This is an opportunity to shape deals across the investment lifecycle and contribute to a leading private equity platform.

Responsibilities
- lead and manage private equity transactions with partner supervision
- draft and negotiate transactional documents with excellent drafting skills
- build and maintain strong client relationships
- supervise and mentor junior lawyers
- contribute to business development initiatives
- support growth of the private equity team and practice
Key requirements
- at least 5 years’ PQE in private equity
- experience at a leading international or top-tier firm
- ability to lead transactions with partner supervision
