Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize coating formulations aligned with customer needs and markets
• Support expansion of the core platform and innovation pipeline
• Test and analyse coatings on various substrates and forms, including purification and surface modification applications
• Evaluate results to guide process development and product advancement
• Prepare, review, and document technical reports, procedures, and SOPs

Key requirements

• PhD in Chemistry (Organic/Synthetic Organic/Materials Science) with practical lab experience
• Strong experience in organic synthesis and coating formulation for commercially viable applications
• Demonstrable problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple work streams
