Overview

As Product Manager for mobile commerce, you will shape the long-term vision for Lyst’s mobile experience and lead a cross-functional team to deliver standout iOS/Android features. You’ll build data-driven tools to understand user behavior, drive retention, and continuously improve the shopper journey. Your leadership will guide the mobile team’s direction and help Lyst stay a leading mobile ecommerce platform. This is a high-autonomy role with a strong impact on product strategy and user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the mobile product roadmap for iOS, including requirements gathering, user testing, design, planning, and performance optimization.
  • Design and build automated, data-driven internal systems to understand user behavior and trigger/test signals.
  • Collaborate with search and personalization to leverage keyword/product trend data and build tooling for the platform.
  • Lead R&D projects on user retention beyond email marketing and explore new retention strategies.
  • Work with Data Science on semantic/textual inference to surface the right products to the right users at the right time.
  • Mentor and guide the wider mobile team and contribute to the product strategy to keep Lyst at the forefront of mobile ecommerce.

  • Commercially and technically minded; able to translate marketing constraints into technical concepts.
  • Understanding of modern marketing technology and analytical view of user behavior.
  • Ability to conceptualize ideas that advance in-house technology and maintain high-quality execution.
  • Experience delivering multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and timely releases.
