Product Manager

Overview

In this role you will own a product domain from strategy to design and implementation, translating customer and internal needs into a roadmap and delivering features with cross-functional teams. You’ll shape products for immigrant communities while leveraging AI and analytics to drive impact. You will be central to coordinating with engineering, operations, and compliance to execute initiatives that align with our mission of expanding access to digital finance. This is an opportunity to lead end-to-end product delivery in a fast-paced, mission-driven fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Own a product domain and roadmap end to end
• Manage the product lifecycle from discovery to feature delivery, including adoption and GTM
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, compliance, markets to execute projects
• Implement systems for iterative development with regular user feedback
• Translate customer and internal needs into a product roadmap and drive execution with engineering

Key requirements

• Minimum 6 years in product management, strategy, or operations in a tech company
• Fintech experience preferred
• Experience with immigrant communities and customer empathy
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent project management with end-to-end ownership
• UX design instincts
• Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) a plus
• Background or degree in a technical field a plus
• Outgoing and relationship-building mindset
• Execution-oriented with a track record of delivering impact
• Mission-driven and organized in a scrappy startup environment
