You will mentor junior engineers and support technical queries, while advancing toward a supervisory position. Responsibilities

• Service and maintenance of air and ground source heat pumps
• Work mainly in residential properties
• Mentor junior engineers and assist the office with technical queries
• Field-based schedule with 2–4 jobs per day
• Progression towards supervisor level and training in ground source and MVHR

Key requirements

• Experienced engineer
• Air source heat pump experience essential
• Full UK driving licence

• Strong customer-facing manner
• Mentoring and knowledge sharing
