Overview

In this Finance BPS role, you’ll help multinational clients design, operate and transform finance and accounting operations. You’ll lead client-facing delivery, oversee technical accounting and reporting, and drive automation and continuous improvement across finance processes. You work with cross-border teams to deliver scalable outsourcing and transformation solutions, strengthening controls and reporting. Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders for day-to-day finance delivery, reporting, issue resolution and service quality
• Oversee accounting, management and statutory reporting, and IFRS/UK GAAP/US GAAP discussions
• Governance of managed services including SLAs, KPIs, quality standards and client expectations
• Lead and develop UK-based and delivery-centre teams with clear roles and SOPs
• Identify and implement standardisation, automation and process improvements using finance tech and AI
• Contribute to business planning, team development, recruitment and broader BPS Finance strategy

Key requirements

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
• Strong accounting, reporting and finance operations experience
• Experience delivering outsourcing, co-sourcing or complex finance transformation
• Client-facing experience with senior stakeholders
• Proven leadership across locations and hybrid/delivery centre environments
• Delivery discipline: SLA/KPI governance, project planning, risk management and contract awareness
• Continuous improvement mindset with comfort using automation and data tools
