Overview
In this role you will lead a skilled Contract Services team to deliver end-to-end strategic procurement advice and procurement services for major projects. You will work with public and private sector clients to shape procurement strategies, manage relationships, and drive business growth. The opportunity includes expanding services in sustainability, digital procurement and net-zero strategies within a globally recognized consulting firm. You will influence flagship programmes and elevate service offerings while developing your team and cross-functional network.

Responsibilities
- Provide specialist procurement strategy guidance to public and private sector clients
- Lead and manage end-to-end procurement services on major projects or programmes
- Develop and enhance the procurement services offered by Turner & Townsend
- Build and develop a high-performing team delivering successful client outcomes
- Manage client relationships, commissions, outputs, and deliverables
- Support business development and marketing of the Contract Services proposition
- Lead bid preparation and proposal documentation to support work winning
- Contribute to delivery of team and wider business targets
Key requirements
- Experience in regulated public procurement, with awareness of Public Contract Regulations 2015
- Track record leading major procurement projects for public and private clients
- Strong background in tender preparation, development and negotiation
- Experience in commissioning, client relationships, and people management
- Experience with NEC and JCT contract forms
- Cross-sector public procurement background desirable
- Working towards MCIPs accreditation
- Business development and bid development experience
- Degree related to construction, civil engineering, quantity surveying, law or procurement (preferred)
- Defence, utilities, or infrastructure sector experience preferred
- SC security clearance current or restorable
