In this Clinic Manager role, you will lead the dialysis clinic operations, overseeing a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. You will drive seamless patient journeys, ensure governance and regulatory compliance, and implement improvements to raise care standards. You’ll collaborate with NHS partners and internal leaders to sustain a supportive, professional environment that reflects the “Community First, Company Second” culture. Responsibilities
- Overall leadership and operations management of the clinic
- Provide a seamless patient journey and inviting environment across touchpoints
- Liaise with external organisations (NHS Trusts, CQC) with Regional Manager support
- Implement new processes to drive quality improvements
- Onboard new teammates with the wider team
- Develop positive relationships with patients and handle complaints
- Ensure compliance with clinical, governance and regulatory systems and policies, including KLoE
- Maintain accurate records and timely report submissions
Key requirements
- Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission or willingness to become one
- Full NMC registration with appropriate nursing qualifications
- Previous clinical leadership experience in an outpatient haemodialysis setting
- Engaging communication skills and friendly demeanour to connect with a diverse team and patients
- Lead-by-example style to foster a value-driven culture
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach in a clinical environment
- Exceptional organisation skills for running a clinic
- Continued Professional Development, ideally in Renal Care
