Overview
In this role you will lead clinical supply chain planning and execution, coordinating across teams and external partners to ensure timely drug availability for trials. You will translate protocols into demand plans, forecast projections, and optimize global supply chains for multiple campaigns. You will monitor inventory, support packaging campaigns, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This is a chance to shape supply strategies within Catalent’s European clinical supply network and contribute to delivering medicines to patients.

Responsibilities
- Translate study protocols into accurate drug demand and supply plans
- Develop initial projections and re-forecasts using simulation and planning tools
- Design lean, optimized supply chains for global studies
- Manage supply planning for studies with short expiry or limited product availability
- Provide input into IRT specifications, supply algorithms, thresholds, and UAT testing
- Oversee warehouse and depot drug levels via IRT and establish study reports
- Coordinate distribution of investigational product to global depots and warehouses
- Collaborate with clients and packagers to schedule and manage packaging campaigns
- Support budget estimates and business development activities as required
- Contribute to process improvements and train junior team members
Key requirements
- Proven industry experience in clinical supply management
- Strong understanding of the full clinical supplies lifecycle
- Experience with forecasting tools, IRT technologies, and global logistics
- Project management skills with strong problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills
- MS Office proficiency, especially Excel and MS Project
- Working knowledge of ICH guidelines, GCP, CFR, and EMA GMP and GDP
- Solid understanding of GMP and CFR compliance
