Technical Co-ordinator (Housebuilder) | Permanent | West London

Overview

In this role you will support a technical team on a large West London residential project, helping to coordinate design and construction activities. You will work within a quality-focused housebuilder, contributing to on-site delivery and compliance with regulations. You will leverage your building knowledge to address technical challenges and ensure safe, compliant execution. Responsibilities

• Support on-site coordination of design and construction documents
• Review and apply Building Regulations and NHBC requirements
• Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and health & safety standards
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues
• Maintain engineering and construction knowledge relevant to RC frame and traditional builds
• Utilize AutoCAD and project software to manage drawings and schedules
• Assist with planning legislation compliance and site records

Key requirements

• Degree qualified or related qualifications (ideally)
• CIAT qualification (ideally)
• Experience with large residential projects for a reputable housebuilder
• Experience on RC frame apartments or traditional build houses
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Power Projects, PowerPoint
• Strong knowledge of design and engineering construction
• Understanding of Building Regulations, NHBC, CDM regulations, and planning legislation
• Able to commute to West London daily
