AI Native Product Engineer

Overview

In this role you shape the core product of a fast-growing AI company and work closely with a founding team to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions. You will participate in a highly collaborative, onsite setup in London, turning enterprise problems into scalable AI-powered tools. You’ll own end-to-end product engineering—from design to deployment—while pushing the boundaries of LLMs and Agentic AI. This opportunity offers tangible impact at scale as the startup exits stealth mode and expands customer deployments.

Responsibilities

• Shape and evolve the core product in partnership with founders
• Work onsite in London within a highly collaborative team
• Build mission-critical tools used by large enterprises
• Drive end-to-end product engineering from design to deployment
• Translate enterprise problems into AI-powered solutions with cross-functional stakeholders
• Push the boundaries of LLMs and Agentic AI to deliver scalable production-grade systems

Key requirements

• Stack: JavaScript (Node, React, Typescript), Python, Kotlin
• Open to engineers from a range of tech backgrounds
