Overview

In this role you will own the UK product marketing, shaping go-to-market for new products and features and driving adoption and engagement. You’ll partner with product, creative, research, legal, and compliance to deliver growth initiatives in a regulated, fast-moving environment. You will translate user insights into differentiated messaging and craft plans that move metrics, while advising product roadmaps. Responsibilities

  • Own UK product marketing and GTM for new products/features and evergreen initiatives
  • Collaborate with product, lifecycle, performance, creative, social, events, communications, legal, and compliance to define growth initiatives
  • Advise product teams with roadmaps and improvements based on user insights and market feedback
  • Develop differentiated narratives and messaging informed by testing and target audience insights
  • Create marketing plans and creative direction to drive relevance, adoption, and engagement
  • Define success metrics and track impact with product and data science teams while ensuring alignment with legal/compliance

Key requirements

  • 7+ years experience in product marketing or related consumer growth roles in tech
  • Strong growth marketing leadership with positioning, messaging, and integrated launches
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for clear, human communication
  • Strong relationship-building and cross-functional leadership through influence
  • Data-informed decision making with experimentation and performance measurement
  • Fluency across lifecycle, performance, in-product, and social channels and sequencing for impact
  • Comfort operating in regulated consumer products with legal/compliance collaboration
