Overview

In this role you will bridge global brand strategy with local market execution to drive growth across international markets. You will work closely with global Brand and market teams to translate plans into local activations and assortments that strengthen the omnichannel consumer experience. You’ll identify opportunities for expansion, manage launches and stock requirements, and ensure coherent brand storytelling across regions. Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with global Brand and market teams to implement strategy across local markets
  • Gather consumer and retailer insights from markets and feed them to Global Brand and market teams
  • Identify global opportunities and coordinate expansion plans with DBS leadership
  • Assess new opportunities, growth plans and distribution expansion with markets
  • Cascade Global Marketing Plan to local teams, focusing on key launches
  • Manage and align regional marketing calendars
  • Review local activation plans and flagship initiatives
  • Brief Global Brand teams on market requirements for assets and new product development
  • Coordinate with Store Design and Visual Merchandising on retail concepts
  • Support Brand vision communication and cross-functional delivery of Go-To-Market plans
  • Ensure coherent omnichannel consumer experience across regions
  • Collaborate with teams to manage future stock and excess inventory
  • Work with Global Demand and Supply to support market requests and exclusive SKUs
  • Partner with Business Development on pricing, assortment, visibility and analytics
  • Review CPS demand by initiative with Global Demand Planning and Business Analyst

Key requirements

  • Experience in beauty, luxury or consumer goods in a similar role
  • Proven operational marketing knowledge
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with ability to draw commercial insights
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication and stakeholder presentation skills
  • Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative with ability to influence and negotiate across teams
  • Attention to detail and appreciation for luxury brand experiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, advanced Excel and PowerPoint
