Responsibilities

• Execute outsourced processes with client interaction, data review, and process optimization
• Implement and monitor quality controls to maintain service standards
• Resolve escalations and queries to support client needs
• Use analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and derive insights
• Develop and maintain meaningful client connections to enhance service delivery
• Apply AI fluency and digital tooling to improve efficiency and innovation
• Conduct compliance reviews and contract assessments to uphold standards
• Collaborate with teams to manage service levels and deliver excellence
• Review and verify financial documents to support accurate data management
• Document processes and quality metrics to enable continuous improvement

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Preferred fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Communications/Media, Computer Science/Information Systems, Design/Multimedia, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Marketing
