Overview
As a Technical Program Manager for Google’s Technical Infrastructure, you lead multi-disciplinary initiatives across the CDN ecosystem to scale edge capacity delivery. Responsibilities
- Lead pipeline development, network planning, hardware configuration, workflow automation, data management, and analytics/AI tooling for the global CDN organization.
- Identify process improvements, manage change across functions, and scale processes and operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables for edge capacity delivery projects supporting on-net CDN devices, GGC, and peering growth.
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks specific to edge capacity delivery (e.g., hardware delays, site access, power constraints, upgrade disruptions).
- Align project activities with organizational strategy and goals.
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management across a cross-functional organization.
- Experience in network planning, architecture, or design with a technology or telecommunications company.
