Program Manager, Last Mile Speed

Overview

As a bilingual Program Manager, you will lead data-driven optimization across Amazon’s Last Mile Expansion in EU. You will drive automation, scale processes, and partner with operations, strategy, and tech teams to deliver high-impact programs. You’ll leverage AI/LLM tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Your work will shape how we deploy speed initiatives and on-demand capacity, with a strong focus on measurable impact and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement opportunities to automate and optimize Last Mile processes (under-the-roof and on-road).
• Collaborate with Amazon Logistics operations and central strategy teams to deploy program improvements and establish new processes.
• Work with WW Flex / Last Mile teams to address common challenges, standardize practices, and partner with tech to build automated tooling.
• Support the EU expansion of the Last Mile Speed program by extending existing processes and creating new ones where applicable.
• Define and manage project plans, drive data-driven change, and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Engage stakeholders at various levels to communicate progress and secure alignment on initiatives.
• Contribute to broader business areas such as diversity, equity, and inclusion through process improvements.

Key requirements

• Experience in program or project management
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Fluency in French (written, spoken, reading)
• Fluency in English (written, spoken, reading)
