Overview

In this role you will act as a strategic product partner to editorial-experts and tech teams to propel customer-facing AI innovations. You’ll own ROI and utilisation metrics to quantify editorial value in AI product development and translate feedback into actionable product decisions. You will establish scalable editorial-to-product workflows and embed product discipline into editorial contributions. You will coach editorial SMEs in product thinking and report progress to senior leadership, shaping growth in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and shape opportunities for editorial subject matter expertise to support AI innovation across the product lifecycle
  • Own cross-functional reporting and ROI/utilisation metrics to demonstrate impact of editorial input
  • Translate data, customer feedback, and audience insight into product decisions and prioritisation
  • Build scalable editorial-to-product handoff processes with roadmaps, backlogs, and sprint rhythms
  • Coach editorial SMEs in product thinking without formal management responsibility
  • Deliver regular updates to senior leadership and bring external product best practices into a professional services / legal-tech context

Key requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in a related field and 8+ years of product management experience
  • Experience managing strategic platform or technology partnerships and complex external relationships
  • Strong grounding in AI/ML product concepts with ability to ramp quickly in domain-specific applications
  • Fluent in product analytics and using data to define and track success metrics (ROI, utilisation)
  • Working knowledge of agile/product delivery frameworks and tooling (roadmapping, backlog management, sprint planning)
