Contracts Manager / Quantity Surveyors – Energy & Natural Resource

As a Contract Manager with a Quantity Surveyor background, you will lead contract management and change control for major infrastructure, energy and natural resources programmes in the UK. • Lead contract management and change control across major projects
• Manage contract variations, claims and commercial risk
• Oversee supplier performance, governance and compliance
• Provide cost, commercial and quantity surveying support

Key requirements

• Experience in Contract Management, Commercial Management or Quantity Surveying
• Background delivering major Infrastructure or Energy projects
• Experience managing complex contracts, change control and commercial risk
• Strong cost management, forecasting and commercial reporting skills
• Knowledge of NEC3/4 and/or FIDIC contracts
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills
