Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects concurrently within the luxury residential sector
• Maintain strong health and safety standards and ensure proper project documentation
• Manage client relationships and present project updates to stakeholders
• Lead and develop site teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination
• Oversee new build, refurbishment, basement and structural alteration works as part of project delivery
• Ensure projects meet time, cost and quality targets
• Comply with company policies and relevant regulations

Key requirements
