Hybrid Recruitment Resourcer: Talent Sourcing

White Stuff is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to support the recruitment team across Head Office, Retail and other divisions. This six-month FTC starting in October involves proactive sourcing, candidate engagement and coordinating interviews to deliver an inclusive candidate experience.

You will maintain accurate records, build talent pipelines, and collaborate with the People team to improve time-to-hire and quality of hire, while benefiting from hybrid working and a range of staff perks.
