Overview
In this role you will take ownership of client relationships within a growing Edinburgh portfolio and help clients navigate accounting challenges. You will review statutory accounts, supervise management accounts and compliance work, and serve as a trusted contact for a range of business matters. You’ll mentor junior staff and collaborate with Managers and Partners on more complex advisory projects. Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships across a diverse client portfolio
- Review statutory accounts and oversee management accounts and compliance work
- Act as primary contact for clients on accounting and business matters
- Coach and mentor junior team members; support development
- Collaborate with Managers and Partners on complex assignments and advisory projects
- Move beyond compliance to provide business advisory guidance to clients
Key requirements
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- UK accountancy practice experience
- Experience managing client relationships and reviewing accounts
- Experience supporting junior staff
