Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Delivery Owners, fostering collaboration and high performance
- Drive large, high-profile change programmes from planning through adoption
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, regulators, and external partners
- Oversee programmes and projects, manage risks, dependencies and resources
- Champion continuous improvement and embed best practices across the squad
Key requirements
