Senior Land Manager / Associate Land Director

Overview

In this role you will drive large-scale site acquisitions in London, supporting the developer’s strategy to secure 200–1000 unit projects through JV partnerships, private sales, and PRS. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate opportunities, manage bids, and understand build costs to beat competing developers. This is a fast-paced, growth-focused position designed for an ambitious professional aiming to progress to Land Director. You’ll contribute to shaping the London land pipeline and capitalise on strong market activity with a well-funded platform.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure large London sites (200–1000 units)
• Collaborate with HA JV partners on acquisition strategies
• Prepare and submit large bid packages
• Assess true build costs for sites
• Conduct due diligence on large sites
• Support career progression toward Land Director
• Leverage contacts and processes to outperform competitors in acquisitions
