Overview

As a Quantitative Developer/Researcher in Treasury, you will advance margin analysis and quantitative tools across fixed income and equities. You’ll collaborate with Treasury, quant developers, and tech teams to strengthen the research framework and stress cash models at a global, multi-office firm. You translate research into production-ready models and analytics, shaping treasury applications and performance insights. This role offers exposure to a cross-functional team and impactful, data-driven decisions in a high-performing finance environment.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze margin calculations across fixed income and equities to inform risk and pricing
  • Collaborate with Treasury, FIC business management, quants, and tech teams to enhance the quantitative research framework and library
  • Optimize, enhance, and maintain stress cash models
  • Develop, test, and deploy quantitative models and analytics using Python
  • Translate research into practical tools and model enhancements that support business performance
  • Coordinate with a global team of quants across London, Geneva, New York, and Tel Aviv
  • Own delivery timelines for Treasury applications and projects, including hands-on development and documentation

Key requirements

  • Substantial professional experience using Python for quantitative analysis
  • Experience in equities or fixed income quantitative analysis, preferably in Treasury or prime financing
  • Strong analytical and statistical capabilities with solid domain knowledge
  • Experience implementing quantitative models in production environments
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented setting
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
