Hydrogen is partnered with an international law firm who are looking to add an Associate (2 PQE+) to its specialist insurance disputes practice in London.
The team acts predominantly for policyholders in complex, high-value coverage disputes, offering a different proposition from traditional insurer-side practices. Its clients include major UK and international corporates across financial services, retail, manufacturing, construction and other heavily insured sectors.
The work is varied and technically sophisticated. Current and recent matters span D&O and corporate liability coverage, warranty & indemnity insurance, professional and product liability, property damage, business interruption and trade credit disputes.
Cases frequently arise from significant underlying corporate events, transactions, regulatory investigations or major losses. The team has acted on substantial international liability arbitrations, major D&O claims and multi-million-pound W&I and credit insurance disputes.
